But in case you can't, let's get to the point. Here are the quick answers to potential client's top three questions:

1. Where's your office?

I travel to meet my clients, to wherever is convenient within a 3-mile radius of Logan Square. Going through your kitchen can be helpful in creating a do-able plan for you and your family. Leaving the house with a newborn just isn't going to happen for many new moms. Other clients are busy professionals, and a meeting in their office means the appointment is really just an hour - perfect for a lunch break. Some clients prefer for me to go with them to the grocery store and talk through which foods are best for them. 

Additionally, I can do counseling over Skype, Google Hangout or FaceTime, which allows clients to be anywhere there is internet connection - across Dallas or the country.

2. What services do you provide?

You can learn more about my services on this site, but I specialize in weight loss, acid reflux, diabetes management, and healthy pregnancies and postpartum nutrition. If you have another area of concern, contact me to see if I'm a good fit for you. I can always refer you to another colleague that I trust!

I also speak to groups (Lunch and Learns, PTAs, etc), create full-scale meal plans, and analyze recipes.

3. How much do you charge?

My current rate for nutritional counseling is $120/hour, billed in 15-minute increments. For other services, please contact me for a quote. All payment is due prior to or at the time of service. I currently do not accept insurance, but can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. I accept cash, check and credit card (including FSA or HSA accounts).
