I came across this idea of What I Ate Wednesday (or WIAW) on a few other blogs that I read. If I followed all of the posts correctly, I think that it gets traced back to Peas and Crayons.
What is it? In summary, it's just a look at a day of food.
People are always interested in what dietitians eat. Often, I find people assume that I never eat dessert, or that all I eat is veggies. To be fair, I eat a lot of veggies. But I also like my chocolate. It's all about balance. And some days are better than others.
To change things up here and there on the blog, I thought I'd add in #WIAW on occasion. Won't necessarily be every week, but it will show up here and there. So stay tuned!
Afternoon snacks were a little all over the place - we had some samples lying around the office from product development, so I munched away. After work I hit up the gym, and enjoyed the KIND bar on the way home. You can see that I forgot to take a photo of the KIND bar before I ate it. This blog has highlighted to me just how bad I am at remembering to pictures - argh. I probably ate a few more leafy greens than usual, with the two salads. But overall, a fairly typical day.
