Bulu Box Review + Discount Code

It's time for another awesome product review, courtesy of SweatPink!

I got a free Bulu Box in the mail a couple of weeks ago. Bulu Box is one of the latest subscription boxes that are gaining in popularity. I mean, seriously, you can get just about anything from these subscription boxes from wine to razors. Bulu Box focuses on health, nutrition, and weight loss products. From their website:

Bulu Box is the first health, nutrition and weight loss discovery box designed to help you feel your best. Each month, you’ll get a custom box filled with a new mix of 4 to 5 premium samples from top brands to try. Every sample is sufficient enough to decide if the product is right for you. Of course, shipping is always free and you can cancel anytime. Share your thoughts about each product in our sample surveys and you can earn 50+ Rewards Points (that's $5!) each month! Use your points to purchase your new favorites in full size at BuluBox.com! Here you’ll also get expert tips, tricks and a supportive community of Bulugans just like you! Join the discovery and find a healthier you!

You can join Bulu Box for just $10 each month, and if you get a year-long membership, you get one month free. Sometimes these subscription boxes are on the expensive side, especially for what you actually get. I feel okay about $10 per month.

I really like their Rewards System. Each month, you have the ability to earn up to 90 points, which translates into $9. You can use those points towards the purchase of full-sized product. Found your new favorite jerky in a recent box? Use those points to get it at a discount. Also, let's look at the math here... If you earn all 90 points (50 points for the subscription itself, 40 points for your feedback), you are essentially only paying $1 each month.

Now, I'm not blind to the fact that you will end up spending more money to get that $9 discount, but if it's something that you like it's totally worth it. Also, you might find your new favorite product in your first box. You can apply your rewards monthly to a full-size version of that product.

Also, it's worth it to check out their store, because they may carry one of your favorite brands already. Then you'd get a discount on that, plus the chance to try new things. Winning! For instance, some of my favorite things are found in their store. Zing bars, Isopure protein powders, Manitoba hemp hearts, Cliff shot blocks, and MeStrength electrolyte replacement.

A look into my free box:

I got 5 sample products. I liked the movit energy gummies, but my favorite product was by far the fusionJERKY. OMG. The chicken breast jerky was lemon pepper flavored. So delicious. This is not your little brother's road trip jerky. It won't pull out your teeth, and the sodium is reasonable. A great snack, but a major recommendation for hikers or anyone who needs shelf-stable protein that isn't laden with sugar like most protein bars.

You guys know that I'm not a big fan of supplements, and this is the only negative aspect of Bulu Box, in my opinion. My box only had one supplement, and was really well-rounded in terms of the offerings from the company. If future boxes are like that, the weight loss supplement is easy enough to toss. But I'd hate to get a box that is mostly pills.

Interested in trying Bulu Box? Lucky you - I have a discount code to share! Entering "SWEATPINK" at checkout will get you 50% off a 3-month subscription.

Have you tried any subscription boxes? What's your favorite?
