Proactive Holiday Health Challenge

Did you know that there are only 59 days left in 2015?! Crazy, right?

The next 59 days are going to be filled with lots of time with family and friends, holiday parties, cocktail parties, happy hours, and plenty of opportunities to over-eat and over-indulge.

But it doesn't have to be a disaster for your health or waistline. I'm all about prevention instead of just reaction.

You may not be thinking about January, yet, but as a dietitian, I'm aware of how much business will increase in January. Suddenly, everyone is feeling guilty, sluggish, and motivated to change!

The best way to lose the holiday weight? Never gain it in the first place.

So this year, I'm offering a special holiday treat. I'm sending you all my best advice over email on how to survive the holiday season. I bet that you can even thrive this holiday season. It might sound like a pipe-dream right now, but with a little intention, I promise you can do it.

You can sign up for my email list by filling out this quick and easy form.

The average person gains 1-2 lbs over the holiday season. Which doesn't sound bad, does it? Until you realize that most people don't ever lose those pounds.

But it's not all about weight loss. Health is about more than a number on the scale. So my tips will include ways to reduce your stress, help you prioritize about what is truly important, and overall create a more balanced season. I hope you'll join me!
